QA Team Leader

For RAD, operating in the telecommunications domain, we are looking for a QA Team Leader to lead the testing activities of advanced communication systems.

The position is located at RAD’s Be’er Sheva site and includes managing a QA team, full responsibility for product quality, leading testing processes for networking systems, and working closely with development and engineering teams in a challenging technological environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Practical Engineer in Electronics / Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience managing a QA team
• Knowledge of Networking and communication protocols (L2 & L3)
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Experience in test design, writing test s and QA reports
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team under pressure
• Familiarity with Penetration & Vulnerability systems – an advantage
