QA Team Lead

We are a pioneer in Moving Target Defense providing top-tier cybersecurity solutions to protect critical assets from advanced threats and we are seeking for a Manual QA Team Lead .

ןn this role, you will oversee the manual quality assurance process, ensuring the highest quality and functionality of our software products. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of manual QA engineers, designing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and working closely with our development team to enhance our software.


Location and Work Mode:

  • Morphisec has offices located in Beer Sheva and Tel Aviv.
  • The position offers a hybrid work mode, providing flexibility and balance between in-office collaboration and remote work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a team of Manual QA Engineers in their daily tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of the QA team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to gain a thorough understanding of software components and system requirements.
  • Develop and oversee manual test cases for software and systems, ensuring alignment with design specs, including reviews of team-created cases.
  • Efficiently identify, document, and report bugs, and assist developers and QA engineers in reproducing these issues.
  • Actively offer ideas and feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manual testing.
  • Adapt testing techniques and strategies to meet diverse and evolving product requirements.

Requirements: 


  • Skilled in adapting manual testing processes to rapidly changing technology environments, maintaining high standards in a dynamic setting.
  • Proven leadership in guiding a team of manual QA engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical designs and oversee the creation of test cases based on product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for effective teamwork and aligning with the Quality Manager's objectives.
  • Solid understanding of client-server architecture and functionality.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux-based testing environments is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer - 5+ years.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Team Lead.
  • Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
