Product Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our core products. This is a product ownership role, focused on understanding customer needs, defining product functionality, and working closely with engineering to deliver high-performance, multidisciplinary systems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex hardware and software products and thrives at the intersection of deep technology and real-world application.
Key Responsibilities:
● Establish and implement effective product management practices for a complex roadmap.
● Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Operations.
● Dive into architectural and technical details when necessary, while maintaining a strong product vision and big-picture perspective.
● Prioritize features and releases in line with company strategy and development capacity.
● Lead product discovery and gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
● Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Operations.
● Conduct market and competitive analysis.
● Work directly with the CEO, being part of the company’s leadership team.
Requirements:
● B.Sc. in Engineering
● 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (startup experience is a plus).
● Proven track record in managing complex, technology-driven products.
● Strong familiarity with multidisciplinary systems (hardware/embedded/software/mechanics).
● Proven ownership of full product lifecycle: concept, architecture, requirements, execution, release, and scale.
● Ability to drill down into technical details and communicate effectively with engineers.
● Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and system-level thinking.
● Fluent in English (spoken and written).
● Previous experience as a Systems Engineer with a hardware background - Huge Advantage.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Experience defining product specifications and writing clear, detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
● Strong system-level thinking with the ability to map dependencies, risks, and trade-offs in complex architectures
