Junior Technical Support Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Technical Support Consultant to join our dynamic support team.

The ideal candidate is who is eager to grow in a technical support environment.

We work Hybrid - two days per week at our offices in Beer Sheva. Full-time position with late shifts two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to customers, addressing and resolving technical issues related to our product.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, guiding clients through the resolution process.
  • Offer timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about product updates and system features to provide accurate information and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar support or technical role. Relevant to junior which is curious and can learn fast.
  • English Skills: Native-level English proficiency is a must.
  • Self-Learning: Ability to learn independently and stay updated with new tools and technologies.
  • Personality: Proactive, curious, and eager to take initiative. A strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Background: A background in technology - Advance.
