IT Manager

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee our internal IT operations and infrastructure. This hands-on role requires extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Intune, VPN setup, and endpoint management.

You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, scalable, and efficient IT environment while working with outsourced support providers for Tier 1 services. The position also includes managing licenses, tools, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT manager for all technology-related needs, providing comprehensive support for operations, infrastructure, and end-user services.
  • Oversee the administration, allocation, and maintenance of software licenses, IT tools, and critical business applications.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement solutions that maximize end-user productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain: Azure Active Directory: user provisioning, group policies, access controls. Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment. VPN: configuration, troubleshooting, and secure remote access. Endpoint management: patching, antivirus, and monitoring tools.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure access management.
  • Third party applications management: Slack, Jira, Bitbucket, Dropbox

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager with a proven track record of project leadership and successful IT initiatives.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Expertise in M365 administration, installation, and troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Strong background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Vcenter, Esx, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, NetApp, and recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with directories and identity management: IDPs, Active Directory, Jumpcloud, SSO/MFA.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, Cisco Meraki, VPNs.
  • Proficient in device management (MDM/Intune) and mobile device security.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts, software development workflows, source control systems, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Operational experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and global monitoring systems/NOC.
  • Demonstrated 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
