HR Specialist (maternity leave replacement)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist. This role will focus on driving the recruitment of top technical talent, employee retention, and coordinating training and development programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Recruiting:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly in technical roles (e.g., IT professionals, system professionals, cloud etc.).
    • Source, evaluate, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring the hiring process is efficient and transparent.
  • Employee Retention:
    • Day-to-day contact with the employees, client site visits etc.
    • Collaborate with leadership to create a positive work culture, foster work-life balance, and implement programs that promote employee satisfaction.
    • Monitor retention rates and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Training & Development:
    • Implement training programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth.
    • Monitor the ongoing learning opportunities for employees
  • Tenders:
    • Gather information and help in responding to tenders (on the human resources aspects)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- advantage
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, with knowledge industry roles and requirements- MUST
  • Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking- MUST
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
