Spark Marketing is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Production Assistant to provide essential on-site support for our dynamic conferences and innovation processes. This part-time freelance role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of events for clients across the tech sector, government offices, and private companies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional logistical coordination abilities and strong technical aptitude to assist with various production tasks, contributing directly to high-quality project delivery. Working closely with our production teams, you will help maintain operational efficiency and uphold our reputation for excellence in event management and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of production equipment.
• Provide crucial administrative and operational support to the production team, handling tasks such as inventory management, procurement, and vendor communication.
• Operate various production tools and equipment as directed, ensuring all technical aspects run efficiently during live events.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines for all production activities, promoting a secure working environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering proactive support and anticipating needs to optimize overall event execution and client satisfaction.
• Experience with new media and ai.

Please note, this job is both in the office and out in the field. There will be a distinct advantage for an applicant with a personal vehicle who lives in Beer Sheva.
