Development Team Lead

Tech19 is looking for a skilled and motivated Software Team Lead to join our software group. In this role, you'll mentor and guide a developers team
This is a hybrid position, based in Be’er Sheva and Or Yehuda

Requirements
• Proven experience as SW team lead
• Solid background in software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding practices
• Expertise in .NET Core and Angular
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering productivity and professional growth
• Own the technical direction of projects: architecture, design, and implementation
• Collaborate with product managers to align development with business objectives
• Manage timelines and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Facilitate integration with other teams and systems across the company
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency
