Development Engineer

RAD is a global telecom access solutions and products vendor, committed to enabling service providers and critical infrastructure operators to evolve any service over any network using disaggregated architecture (DA).
Our R&D team develops one of the company’s leading products and is involved in the design and development of advanced Linux-based networking solutions.
We are looking for a talented Development Engineer to join our team in Beer Sheva and take part in building innovative software solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience working with Linux environments
• At least 3 years of software development experience in Python, Go, or Rust
• Solid understanding of software design, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (advantage)
• Experience with embedded Linux systems (advantage)
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Fast learner with strong technical curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team environment
