Software Developer

Role Description

Full-time on-site role for a Web Developer at Group19 Tech's office in Be'er Sheva. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side application logic. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system scalability. Other duties will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and contributing to the overall software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience in Node.js/ JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and message-queuing systems
• Experience with real-time systems, data pipelines, geospatial, or safety-critical domains
• Cloud / DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, AWS/GCP
• Experience with GCP - advantage
