Project Leader

Location: Hybrid (Office/Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation projects, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and driving successful project outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with customer expectations while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Serve as the primary liaison with customers to analyze business needs,challenge their requirements, onboard key stakeholders, and deliver optimal ERP solutions
Identify project risks early, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Regularly review project progress, identify areas for process optimization, and apply best practices from previous projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers, consultants) and customer teams to drive project success.
Maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, project status reports, and user guides.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization for timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in managing ERP/CRM implementation projects.
Knowledge of logistics and operations from the fields of production management, inventory, or e-commerce.
Customer-Focused Approach and Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Strong capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
