IT Support Technician – Be’er Sheva | Full-Time, Shift Work
Join our team of skilled technicians responsible for providing end-user support across various enterprise applications and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for system applications

Route and resolve technical issues efficiently

Manage user accounts and access permissions via Active Directory

Monitor and operate business-critical processes

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices

Diagnose and repair issues with printers, workstations, and endpoint devices

Perform remote troubleshooting and support
Requirements:

Experience with SAP and CRM systems – strong advantage

Experience with Active Directory and user management – strong advantage

Experience in phone-based technical support – advantage

Background in IT systems and application support – advantage

Relevant education or IT certifications – advantage

Security clearance – significant advantage
