IT Support Technician – Be’er Sheva | Full-Time, Shift Work

Join our team of skilled technicians responsible for providing end-user support across various enterprise applications and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for system applications

  • Route and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Manage user accounts and access permissions via Active Directory

  • Monitor and operate business-critical processes

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices

  • Diagnose and repair issues with printers, workstations, and endpoint devices

  • Perform remote troubleshooting and support

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems – strong advantage

  • Experience with Active Directory and user management – strong advantage

  • Experience in phone-based technical support – advantage

  • Background in IT systems and application support – advantage

  • Relevant education or IT certifications – advantage

  • Security clearance – significant advantage
